Exclusive: Here’s Why Bigg Boss 18 Fame Shrutika Arjun And Her Husband Skip Valentine’s Day!

Bigg Boss 18 fame Shrutika Arjun rose to fame by winning everyone’s hearts with her loving and caring nature in the show. With Valentine’s Day approaching, the actor opened up about her ideas of love and how she and her husband Arjun celebrate it in a unique way of their own. Shrutika shared in an exclusive chat that instead of celebrating on 14th February, she and her husband focus on their anniversary which falls on January 26.

Shrutik Arjun Reveals Her Valentine’s Day Celebration

During the chat, Shrutika Arjun revealed, “To be very honest, even I was looking forward to Valentine’s Day after our wedding. But Arjun doesn’t believe in the concept of Valentine’s Day. He celebrates our anniversary well, and since it’s very close to Valentine’s Day—January 26th is our anniversary, and February 14th is Valentine’s Day—he looks forward to our anniversary more. After getting married to Arjun, I have come to share his view.”

She said that while Valentine’s Day was just another day, their anniversary was special. She stated how much and wedding day means to her and even revealed that they start their plans in advance because of the excitement. Either the duo go on a beautiful holiday or they exchange gifts. Shrutika Arjun said that they visit an orphanage and make it extra special on birthdays and anniversaries.

“After that, we either go on a holiday or spend time with both our families. That’s one occasion when his parents and my parents come together at the dinner table because we take them out for a nice dinner,” she added. Reflecting on their eleven years of marriage, the Bigg Boss fame described her bond with Arjun as beyond romantic. She said that he was her best friend and that she ran to him for everything in her life.

When asked what was the secret to their happy marriage, Shrutika was quick to reply- honesty. She stated that by being loyal and building a friendship, one can succeed in their relationship. Shrutika Arjun’s novel perspective on love and marriage demonstrates that, while Valentine’s Day may be memorable for many, true love is about enjoying the relationship every day—especially on the day when it all began, their wedding anniversary.
