During the conversation, Veer was asked whether he had encountered red flags in relationships, specifically emotional abuse, gaslighting, or manipulation. The actor admitted that while he had not faced physical abuse, he had experienced emotional manipulation. He revealed, “But emotional and gaslighting and telling you’re not good enough and all and like negative for your growth.” This statement shed light on the deep impact that such experiences had on his self-esteem and personal development.
Veer further reflected on his past relationships, emphasizing that every relationship teaches valuable lessons both good and bad. He acknowledged that while heartbreak is inevitable, the right mindset can help one grow through these experiences. “I think relationships… I don’t think, I’ve only got heartbroken once, otherwise like it’s always been like mutual or whatever with an understanding.” His words suggest that despite facing emotional challenges, he has managed to maintain a balanced perspective on relationships.
