It’s 2025 and people still don’t sometimes take their mental health seriously. While many dismiss therapy as a place for ‘mental’ people, known personalities talking about it in public surely raise awareness. During an exclusive chat with Hauterrfly’s On A Date With, hosted by Janvi Manchanda, Sky Force actor Veer Pahariya opened up about taking therapy and mental health seriously.

Veer Pahariya On Taking Therapy

During the chat, Veer Pahariya discussed what’s on one’s mind and the importance of therapy. “You should always talk about it. Whether you’re not well emotionally or career-wise, if things are not going your way, it’s important to ride through it. I also take therapy, and I am very open about it. It’s helped me a lot.”

Trolling can also affect one’s mental health but the Sky Force actor took it positively and inspired us. “I love it; I live for it. My whole life I’ve looked up to actors who get trolled and who have lookalikes, and they become memes. I have become a meme; can you imagine? I’m immortalised with this dance. Who knew me 20 days ago? Now if I do langdi here, they will recognise me,” he said.
