Q. Tell us about your association with Blenders Pride Glassware Fashion Nxt Festival?
Sanya Malhotra: I’m walking the ramp for Nachiket Barve at Blenders Pride Glassware Fashion NXT and I’m quite excited about it. This is the first inaugural festival that Blenders Pride Glassware is hosting in Bhubaneshwar, and I feel excited to be a part of it. I’m wearing a beautiful black and white saree. It’s in such classic colors and it’s a very easy to wear saree that’s perfect for a cocktail event. I love it even more because it is in my favorite colours.
Q. What’s your curl care routine?
Sanya Malhotra: I wash and condition my hair. After that I put a curl cream or a leave in conditioner. Brush it out. This is something that I’ve started doing recently. I used to use my hands to brush out my curls, but now I use like a curly hairbrush to brush it out and then I seal it with a gel or a mousse. I keep it on a lower setting and diffuse it.
Q. A fashion trend you love and a fashion trend you hate?
Sanya Malhotra: I don’t hate anything but I’m not too excited about capris coming back into fashion. Something I love is a classic denim and white shirt look. I love it, and it’s also my go to outfit.
Q. What do you think of Nachiket Barve’s collection today?
Sanya Malhotra: It’s called Dolce Vita and I love how easy and breezy all the garments are, especially my saree. It’s beautiful. It’s so easy to wear and it looks quite sexy and at the same time it has that effortless look to it. And I think these are perfect garments for any of the events. They’re easy and they’re sexy, and that’s the best combo.
