Sai Tamhankar On Marriage: “It is very Unnatural”
Sai Tamhankar was featured on the new episode of Hauterrfly’s The Male Feminist and spoke about various aspects of her life and her take on the patriarchal society. Sharing her thoughts on marriage, Sai Tamhankar said, “There are so many things that matter in a marriage. I also feel that spending your entire life with just one person is slightly unnatural. And people should also have the courage to come back and tell their partners that they did this, and then both of them should make peace with it. After that, any partner, especially girls should not keep taunting about it and pulling it up during every argument or fight. I personally have done this and therefore, I recommend others to not do it. In a relationship, an unsettled feeling is still alive but after marriage. people are settled and then they stop putting effort. And marriages don’t work once that stage happens. Marriage is a big responsibility. One should always go to be after resolving any and every issue with their partner because if they are left unresolved, then it’s bad.”
Sai Tamhankar also revealed that she was cheated in a relationship and she learnt a lot after that experience.
