The recent instalment of Lust Stories has created a lot of buzz and excitement. It has sparked conversations, of course, and as it should. I, too, am a fan of this anthology film, and one of the most interesting parts about Lust Stories 3 is the characters, among others. During a recent interview with Hauterrfly, we discussed with the cast about the characters they would have wished to play, apart from their own. Radhika Madan had a surprising answer. Radhika Madan Wishes To Play Gajraj Rao’s Character
We sat down for a fun interview with the female cast of Lust Stories 3, Aditi Rao Hydari, Radhika Apte, Radhika Madan and Sana Thampi. I asked about the character that they would have wished to play apart from the ones that they have already delivered. All of them had interesting responses, but Radhika Madan’s surely cracked us all. The actor said, “Can I please play Gajrao Rao Sir’s character. I really wanna play that. As an actor, when I saw that, one day I am going to do that. It will be so cool. Paan khaate hue main aise dialogues bol rahi hoon (I am delivering dialogues while chewing betel leaves) that really excites. I love all of their stories, and I really connected with all of them. But Gajraj Rao’s character, please?”
For those of you who haven’t watched the anthology yet, Gajraj Rao features in Vishal Bhardwaj’s story. He plays the father-in-law of Aditi Rao Hydari’s character. The actor has nailed his performance, making it look so natural and adding his style of humour to it.

The directors credited for the four stories in the latest instalment are Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra and Vishal Bhardwaj. Apart from the female cast, Lust Stories 3 also stars Vijay Verma, Siddharth, Ali Fazal, and Abhishek Banerjee.
