Karishma Tanna entered the OTT world with the Hansal Mehta series Scoop on Netflix. Her performance was hailed by the viewers and she received a lot of acknowledgement for the show. The actress graced the recent episode of Hauterrfly’s The Male Feminist and talked many things about her personal life, BTS from Scoop and her journey from TV to OTT and films. Amidst the various discussions, Karishma Tanna also opened up about her personality which comes across as intimidating to many people. She also shared her husband’s opinion on it and what advice he had for her. The Scoop actress also responded to questions about the casting couch.

Karishma Tanna On The Male Feminist

Scoop actress Karishma Tanna’s engaging conversation with The Male Feminist host Siddharth Aalambayan covered a range of topics from her early days as a teenager to becoming a successful name in the film industry. The host asked Karishma about her persona and whether it was intimidating for the people. To this, the actress said, “My husband always says that I have to be calm and approachable because a lot of people feel that I am intimidating. Maybe because of my personality, or the way I talk or because I am in this industry. But my husband asks me to be a little more approachable.”

Karishma Tanna further talked about her experience with a casting couch and expressed her gratitude for not having to go through such an experience. She also believed that the sole reason for this could be her intimidating personality. She further added, “I have always had this wall that nobody should cross.”

Siddharth Aalambayan further asked Karishma about the reason behind her intimidating personality. The actress said, “I always feared the stress about people crossing their lines, and my reaction to it. What if I am rude, run away or fumble? Therefore if somebody was ever behaving in a friendly way with me, I used to not respond.”
