Janhvi Kapoor On Period Cramps: “I Once Got Nosebleed”
In the latest episode of Hauterrfly”s The Male Feminist, the Ulajh star Janhvi Kapoor graced the show with her presence. In conversation with Siddharth Aalambayan, she spoke about periods and cramps. Janhvi said, “Now whenever I am in a hectic schedule, or the middle of a shoot schedule, I don’t feel the pain. But if I am free at home, or doing just one AD or one event, the pain is paralysing. Last time I got hip pain and muscle pain. There was one phase where I used to get nosebleeds. It happened once when I was at a party.”

Nosebleeds during a menstrual cycle are rare but there is nothing to be scared about. The phenomenon is called catamenial epistaxis, and it happens because of hormonal changes during menstruation.
Janhvi Kapoor also spoke about her mood swings during periods and that she used to break up with her partner during every cycle. It’s a fun story that the Ulajh star shared on The Male Feminist.
