Bhuvan Bam and Jaaved Jaaferi will have a thrilling face-off in the new season of Taaza Khabar. During a candid interaction with us, Bhuvan Bam also spoke about his experience of working in the Indian spin-off of Takeshi’s Castle and if he got any feedback from the OG Jaaved Jaaferi. Bhuvan Bam On Jaaved Jaferi’s Reaction To Takeshi’s Castle Indian Spin-Off
I was curious to know if the Taaza Khabar star Bhuvam Bam got any feedback from Jaaved Jaaferi on his Indian spin-off of Takeshi’s Castle. To this, the actor gave a very honest answer and said, “Maze ki baat ye hai ki humne Takeshi’s Castle pe kabhi baat hi nahi ki. Meri aankhon ki sharam thi ke main kabhi leke nahi gaya Takeshi’s ka topic, kyunki mujhe pata hai OG, OG hai.” (The fun fact is that we have never spoke about Takeshi’s Castle. I had some sense of shame that I could not go up to him with the topic of Takeshi’s because I know, OG is OG).
Furthermore, Bhuvan Bam added, “The biggest thing for me here is that I get to try on his shoes.” His co-star Shriya Pilgaonkar grew more curious and asked if Jaaved Jaaferi watched the show. Bhuvam said, “He had watched the trailer and he said that he watched a couple of episodes. He understood that the humour in this show had been curbed and he also asked me if I had a free hand in the show or not. I told him that there were many approvals required for one joke.”
However, Bhuvan Bam expressed his happiness about Jaaved Jaaferi tweeting about his show. He said, “It was a big thing for me that he tweeted and told everyone that he watched the trailer. After that, I found his Whatsapp number and dropped him a text. He replied and we had a very nice conversation after that. And that was the time when I told him about the Taaza Khabar show, and asked him if he was available. He immediately agreed and after three days, we met in the office.”

Taaza Khabar season 2 also stars Deven Bhojani and Prathmesh Parab is pivotal roles. The show will be released on Disney Plus Hotstar on September 27, Friday.
