Babil Khan On Social Media Pressure!
During a recent interview with Logout star Babil Khan, we asked him about his process of dealing with the social media judgments and pressures. The actor said, “I don’t attach my identity to it. I used to, but it got to a point where I was getting way too overwhelmed, and it was taking over a lot of aspects of my life, which I did not want to sacrifice, like diving and music. So I wanted a way to not attach my identity to, like, who I am does not have to be that.”
He further quoted from the sacred book of Bhagwad Gita, Babil Khan said, “The teaching is that, instead of saying I am anxious, you can say anxiety is here. So you are detached from anxiety, and you are just feeling it and observing it.”
