In the latest episode of The Male Feminist, host Siddharth Aalambayan asked Anupama Chopra about her way of doing reviews. He inquired if Anupama Chopra kept aside her own bias and tried reviewing the film from the audience point of view of an 18-year-old. Anupama Chopra firmly stated that it is not possible. She said, “I don’t know the 18 years and I just know myself. When you are trying to review a film you bring yourself to it. It’s not true to say that it’s an unbias review because I have my own biases. However, I try to not let it get in the way.” To give a deeper insight into the conversation, Anupama Chopra shared a personal example, she said, “I am not a big fan of gore and blood, I have to close my eyes if I watch something like. Therefore, I cannot watch Game Of Thrones. It’s unbelievable storytelling but it’s too graphic. But I try to not let it get in the way and say it’s bad just because I could not watch it.” She again stressed that she has her biases.
