Emergency Makers Agree To Make Changes Suggested By CBFC, Kangana Ranaut Film To Be Resubmitted For Certification

Fans are waiting for Kangana Ranaut’s directorial Emergency but it seems that the film’s release could still take a while. In a recent statement published by Zee Entertainment, the makers have agreed to make the cuts suggested by CBFC but have asked for some time to get done with the changes. Makers Release Statement On Cuts To Be Made In Emergency
During the previous hearing in the Bombay High Court, the CBFC stood firm on their decision to allow Emergency’s release only if the suggested cuts were made in the film. Zee Entertainment and co-producer Kangana Ranaut have also given their reply to the Bombay HC and have agreed to make the changes. In their statement, they have asked for two weeks to make the cuts suggested by CBFC.
The representative of Zee Entertainment, senior counsel Sharan Jagtiani, submitted the official statement to the HC and stated that the film would be given to CBFC after making necessary cuts. The CBFC representative also stated in response that the film would be verified again and the certificate would be given accordingly.

Kangana Ranaut shared a tweet and asked her fans to be patient. The actress assured that she would soon announce the film’s release date which was previously slated to be released on September 6. The fans extended their support and assured the actor that they would watch the film whenever it was released.
