Dunki Drop 1 Review: SRK, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal Starrer Teaser Looks Light-Hearted But There’s More To The Story!
Give us more!

The wait for Shah Rukh Khan’s first look at Dunki is over. The makers have released a glimpse of the SRK, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal starrer directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Jio Studios and Rajkumar Hirani films, the Dunki Drop 1 gives us a little idea about the much-anticipated film’s storyline and introduces us to the main characters in the film. We are expecting to see SRK playing a comic character in this one, but well, he always has more to it!
Dunki Drop 1 was released on October 2. For the very first time, Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan have come together to do a film. The first glimpse shows us SRK’s (Hardy) character and introduces us to his close-knit group which includes Taapsee Pannu as Manu and Vicky Kaushal as Sukhi. From the trailer, we know that this group wants to go to the United Kingdom and will do anything to make it possible, and Hardy especially tries his best! However, the journey won’t be easy and we expect this film will also have a darker side to it. In the first trailer, only the comic and happy sides of the characters have been revealed!
A story of simple and real people trying to fulfill their dreams and desires. Of friendship, love, and being together… Of being in a relationship called Home!
A heartwarming story by a heartwarming storyteller. It’s an honour to be a part of this journey and I hope you all come… pic.twitter.com/AlrsGqnYuT— Shah Rukh Khan (@iamsrk) November 2, 2023

In Dunki, Taapsee Pannu’s character as Manu looks kaafi shy and innocent but too early to say anything. Not much about Vicky Kaushal’s character has been revealed yet. But this trio for the first time on-screen has definitely made us look forward to this film! The film will release on December 22.
