Drishyam 3 Producer Confirms Akshaye Khanna’s Exit From Film, Talks About Unprofessionalism!

Recently, numerous reports have circulated about actors exiting major projects. Following Ranveer Singh’s exit from Don 3, there is now speculation about Akshaye Khanna leaving Drishyam 3. If reports are to be believed, then these decisions have come after Aditya Dhar’s film Dhurandhar, in which both the actors had pivotal roles. Now, the producer of Drishyam 3 has pome fresh allegations against Akshaye Khanna. Read on to know more.
What Did The Producer Say?
Akshaye Khanna has left Drishyam 3, and as per the reports, several reasons have led to this decision, including disagreement with the makers. Now, producer Kumar Mangat Pathak of Panorama Studios, the banner that is backing the film has addressed the matter. As per a Times Of India report, the producer has confirmed the actor’s exit from the film but has also made some strong allegations around his unprofessional behaviour. Reportedly, the actor left the project just a day before Dhurandhar’s release and the makers were clueless about why he took that decision. The decision took the producer by surprise as Akshaye Khanna was very much looking forward to the film’s narration. According to the report, the actor was also paid in advance after the final fee was confirmed, which also took a lot of discussions, as per the producer Kumar Mangat Pathak.
He further alleged that Akshaye Khanna stopped taking phone calls and responding to messages when less than 2 weeks were left for the shoot to begin.

As per an NDTV report, Akshaye Khanna was sent a legal notice by the production house. He also confirmed that the actor some creative differences over his character’s hairstyle, and that could not be resolved.
