The host added that she knew many people who’ve dated the songstress. Then the DJ jumped in to say, “like me.” For the unversed, Diplo and Katy dated back in 2014. Then the host asked to clarify if he dated Katy Perry, adding, “I meant Trudeau.” To this, the musician answered by claiming that he had dated the former Canadian Prime Minister as well.
Further giving an insight into what their alleged dating life, Diplo shared that dating him was weird because he was not usually into politicians. This statement caused a frenzy among fans, as they tried to decode whether the DJ was serious or joking.
