When Om Shanti Om came out with its multi-starrer song, all hell broke loose. From Rekha, Sushmita, and Kareena To Tabu, every celeb you can think of was in the song. Tabu who is currently with the promotions of her next movie titled Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha with Ajay Devgn, recently in an interview opened up on working with director Farah Khan on Deewangi Deewangi song and how she received some very expensive gifts from the superstar.
Tabu Reveals Being Gifted Expensive Things By SRK
Tabu during a recent interview with Zoom, started reminiscing about the time she spent shooting for Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om’ Deewangi song when she was shown a picture of the same. Tabu opened up about how so many people wanted to see SRK and her together in a movie. She then revealed some info about her scenes in Om Shanti Om and said she wore a red saree with Shah Rukh Khan that was shot in slow motion and how there was one particular shot that everyone had to do. She further expressed her appreciation for the great costume, hair and makeup provided on Om Shanti Om set and the very expensive gifts she received from Shah Rukh Khan.

For the unversed, Om Shanti Om also marked the debut of none other than Deepika Padukone, although she was not a part of the Deewangi song. On the other hand, the song featured Sushmita Sen, Zayed Khan, Jeetendra, Tusshar Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Dharmendra, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Govinda and many more.

Tabu is currently busy with her upcoming movie Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha. The movie also stars Ajay Devgn, Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar and is slated to release on July 5, 2024. Other than this movie Tabu has also been cast in a recurring role in the Dune Prophecy TV series.
