Kiara Advani is making heads turn with her bold new avatar in War 2, and it isn’t just the action stunts or chemistry with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR that are making the fans go crazy. Her makeover into Kavya Luthra, complete with a sizzling bikini scene, is the buzz. But getting that look wasn’t about crash diets and harsh exercise routines. It was a precision-planned process, supported by her nutritionist and a disciplined lifestyle.
How Did Kiara Advani Get The Bikini Body In War 2?
Speaking recently with Pinkvilla, Kiara’s nutritionist explained that her assignment was clear from day one: she wished to be in top shape, but not by taking shortcuts. “She didn’t desire anything excessive or permanent. Her focus was on strength, not looks,” explained the expert.
Each bite of Kiara’s diet was intentional. She started her mornings with protein pancakes using oat flour, walnut flour, protein powder, monk fruit or maple syrup, and sprinkling fresh berries and homemade hazelnut butter on top. Even her team created a how-to video for her chefs before she departed for Europe so that they could maintain consistency.
During the day, her diet consisted of clean proteins and nutrient-rich foods: grilled chicken, asparagus, baby potatoes, hummus, edamame, and avocado were regular favourites. Her meals were then scheduled according to her workout intensity and shoot requirements.
Snacking wasn’t taboo either. Sattu chaas, an Indian beverage made with roasted Bengal gram flour and herbs, was a favourite. It served both hydration and muscle recovery purposes during outdoor shoots

And as for her highly publicised bikini scene, no last-minute dehydration or cutting. Rather, it was gradual and considerate tweaking of salt, water, and fibre consumption while keeping energy up.

Even when shooting in Italy, her crew collaborated with local chefs to remain on target, finding ingredients and preparing meals according to her macro requirements.
Her turnaround also relied on rehabilitation. “She had a rigorous sleep routine and was typically in bed at 8 PM,” her nutritionist observed. Training windows, caffeine consumption, and even sleep were all coordinated to a fixed beat.
