About Celina Jaitly, Peter Haag’s Marriage
A lawyer from Celina Jaitly’s legal team, called Niharika Karanjwala Misra, told TOI that her husband had filed for a divorce in the Austrian court earlier this year. She also revealed a note that had been issued to Peter by the Mumbai court, which is returnable by December 12. She has claimed an alimony of Rs 10 lakh per month along with a compensation of Rs 50 crores. The lawyer also alleged that there was another case against Haag for forcing Jaitly to transfer her Mumbai property worth Rs 3.5 crores to his name through a gift deed.

Niharika said that the duo had made a joint purchase of certain properties in Vienna, which Peter sold off without her knowledge. During a chat with News18, her lawyer stated, “She’s fighting it out in the case going on in the Austrian court. Her children are her foremost concern. We’ve asked for the custody of her children and access to them in the domestic case, too.” The actress was able to communicate with them daily, but before this, her husband had cut off contact for a while between them.
