A video that has gained significant attention online reveals that a group of police officers was stopping people on the road. The officers were seen approaching an old man sleeping on the roadside and pulled his blanket to question him about his identity and whereabouts. After doing multiple checks and finding nothing, they left. The footage has now been widely circulated as an update after the release of Dhurandhar 2, which has reportedly not been released in Pakistan.

But fact-checks reveal that not all such claims are true. As per Grok, the video is not new and is not related to Dhurandhar 2. This seemed like an older Karachi Police operation likely happening in the Lyari area, originally shared by an influencer. More such clips date back to mid-2025 and show routine checks or local policing activity, and are not targeted searches linked to the film’s storytelling or an alleged spy fears.

Even after the clarification, this video has continued to trigger memes and jokes online. Netizens have flooded the comment section with jokes like anyone in the frame, even the officers, could be spies. One user said that even the officer leading the operation might be an undercover agent, while others said that the real spy could be any one of the ones conducting such checks on the road.
