One of which talked about how drama at this stage was embarrassing, and people were asked to make money and find peace instead. The other post acknowledged the privilege of feeling overwhelmed by a life they once prayed for. Although Trisha didn’t name any specific person or the controversy, many started linking them to the matter that involved Udhaynidhi Stalin and CM Vijay Thalapathy. This isn’t the first time Trisha Krishnan’s cryptic post has grabbed attention. A few days after the controversy first erupted, the actress shared a post featuring herself with a caption mentioning that it was a choice to be unbothered. Trisha asked people to choose it and smile. Soon, many interpreted it as an alleged hint at the said controversy. As far as Udhayanidhi’s speech goes, he addressed a protest gathering over the Cauvery dispute in Thanjavur, during which he reportedly alleged that Tamil Nadu had not received a single drop of Cauvery water while CM Vijay remained unconcerned. Soon the crowd chanted Trisha Krishnan’s name. Udhayanidhi reportedly paused his speech before making an alleged remark in Tamil that roughly translated to “Wherever water comes, whether it comes or not, water should come there.” The police arrested him and later released him on station bail.
