There is a lot of news around Sardaar Ji 3 featuring Diljit Dosanjh, Neeru Bajwa and Pakistani actor Hania Aamir. The film is facing flak for the casting of Hania Aamir and also the promotional content shared by the actor-singer on his social media page. Amid this controversy, Neeru Bajwa, a Canadian actor who has been a part of the film’s promotional activity for the last few days, has removed the film’s content from her social media handle. Sardaar Ji 3, starring Diljit Dosanjh in the lead, will not be releasing in India, as the country has banned Pakistani artists after the Pahalgam terror attack, and the film stars Hania Aamir. The film, however, will be released abroad. The controversy surfaced after Diljit shared the film’s trailer on Instagram. In the past few days, Neeru Bajwa has also been promoting the film with Diljit. However, now, there is no promotional content available on her Instagram handle. The discussion was raised on Reddit, where the Redditors also claimed that Neeru Bajwa also unfollowed Hania Aamir.

But the actor has recently shared the trailer of her next Bollywood film, Son Of Sardaar 2. The Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur starrer will be released on July 25, 2025.

On the other hand, the makers of Sardaar Ji 3 clarified on the backlash of Hania Aamir’s casting and stated that no Pakistani artists were signed after the Pahalgam attack. They also showed solidarity with the country and stated that the film will not be released in India.
