The news about actor Kim Soo Hyun suing the family of the late actress Kim Sae Ron and Garosero research institute created havoc. Now, there’s a new twist in this legal matter. As per Korean news reports, the Queen of Tears actor hasn’t paid the required court fees by the deadline. The money he needs to pay is around 38 million Korean won, which is equivalent to roughly ₹22,90,092.04.

Kim Soo Hyun’s Lawsuit Against Kim Sae Ron’s Family

According to Soompi, the court told the Queen of Tears actor to fix some things in his lawsuit papers. Initially, Kim Soo Hyun wanted to sue for a lot of money, which is 12 billion Korean won. But the court papers showed a slightly smaller amount, 11 billion Korean won. Therefore, the judge told the Queen of Tears actor to pay the fees based on the original amount he wanted.

In response, Kim Soo Hyun’s side asked the court for more time to resolve these issues and pay the fees. They reportedly asked for this extension on the very last day. Netizens were baffled after these reports surfaced. However, as per new reports, the situation takes another turn. While talking to YTN Star, the Queen of Tears actor’s legal team said that the news about unpaid fees isn’t true. The legal team stated that they have paid the full amount needed for the lawsuit.

Furthermore, they did ask for more time, but only because they needed to fix the address of the people they are suing on the legal papers. So, while there was a delay, they claim it wasn’t about the money but about making sure the documents were correct.
