Anupammaa actor and now Bigg Boss 19 star Gaurav Khanna made headlines during his time in the show. But looks like he has found himself in trouble right after getting out of the house. The internet is claiming that his ex-co-star Nidhi Shah, who played Rupali Ganguly’s on-screen daughter-in-law, and he were dating during their time on the show. The actress has now responded to the allegations.

Nidhi Shah, who played the role of Kinjal in Anupamaa, has found herself in the midst of speculation after she liked a post criticising Gaurav Khanna’s Bigg Boss 19 win. Fans noticed her likeness and accused her of being romantically involved with him during their time on the show. The fan commented, “They had an affair during Anupamaa.” Reacting to this comment, Shah replied, “Yeah, you know better,” with laughing emojis, dismissing all the rumours.

Adding fuel to the fire, once Gaurav Khanna won Bigg Boss 19, many posts questioning whether he was a deserving winner circulated. Even the first runner-up, Farrhrana Bhatt, recently stated that other contenders deserved the trophy more than Khanna. She claimed that participants such as Amaal Mallik and Abhishek Bajaj had a stronger influence on the show.

She mentioned that others like Amaal, Tanya, and Pranit played a major role as well. According to her, even Kalpu Kaka, the tree Tanya often referred to, contributed more than GK. She felt that in his journey video, Baseer and Abhishek were shown more prominently than him. She added that Gaurav’s efforts weren’t even a fifth of what Abhishek accomplished in Bigg Boss 19. In her view, his overall contribution wasn’t particularly impressive, though she still extended her congratulations to him for winning Farrhana Bhatt’s season.
