Dhurandhar: The Revenge was released on March 19. It’s a sequel to Dhurandhar, which was released in December last year. The release of the film’s dubbed version was delayed due to approvals, and it finally dropped on March 21, 2026. Now, there are reports of the Ranveer Singh starrer making another box-office record in Karnataka. According to a media report by Sacnilk, Dhurandhar: The Revenge is now the first Hindi film to cross the 100 crore benchmark in Karnataka, a region dominated by Kannada cinema. According to reports, the last Kannada film to do so was KGF Chapter 1 and 2, which featured Yash. The non-Kannada films to win hearts in Karnataka were films like Pushpa, Baahubali 2 and RRR, among others.
Dhuradhar: The Revenge has created a new milestone for Hindi Films among the Karnataka audience with its consistent popularity, not only in the urban centres but also in other theatres. The first Dhurandhar had performed equally well in the state.

As per a TOI report, the latest Aditya Dhar film has crossed the 1,000 crore mark worldwide. Its current earnings stand at Rs 1,392.23, as per the report.
