Sara Arjun, who has been acting in films since childhood, became a household name after featuring in Dhurandhar. The movie truly showcased her talent and made people curious to know about her previous work. However, many will be surprised to know that she earlier planned to continue her further studies in acting at Lee Strasberg. But she dropped that to keep on working in films instead. In a recent conversation, she also revealed signing the upcoming Telugu debut film titled Euphoria before Dhurandhar. Know what else she shared!

Sara Arjun Reveals Signing Euphoria Before Dhurandhar

While conversing with ETimes, Sara Arjun revealed that she had initially planned to pursue acting studies at Lee Starsberg but that changed after Ponniyin Selvan 2 released. The actress revealed that multiple offers started coming in after the said film’s release. She stated that even though she wanted to continue with the Strasberg plan, two films titled Euphoria and Magic stood out because of the subjects they addressed.

Further, Sara shared that those were the stories she felt needed to be told in their society, which could spark conversations and reflection. The actress also expressed that beyond the hunger to perform, she felt a deep urge to be a part of bringing narratives to the screen. She stated that these themes are relevant and important for today’s youth. This is the reason why she decided to do these films and then continue with her further acting studies, but life had other plans.

Sara Arjun is currently busy preparing for her Telugu debut with Euphoria. During the same conversation, the Dhurandhar star stated that she has always been hungry for challenging and extraordinary roles and strong stories. Further, Sara said, “It’s the kind of work that pushes me, shapes me, and allows me to grow as an artist.” The actress surprised everyone by revealing that she actually signed Euphoria before Dhurandhar was even on her horizon.
