Legendary Actor Dharmendra Dies At 89, Family Arrives At Crematorium For Last Rites
It's a huge loss for the film fraternity, and celebrities are mourning the death of the veteran star Dharmendra.
It’s a truly sad day for us, especially in the Indian film industry, with the passing of the legendary actor Dharmendra. Also known as the He-Man of the industry, the actor was battling poor health for the last few days. He was also admitted to the hospital and kept in the ICU for a few days. However, the actor passed away at the age of 89. Many celebrities are mourning this loss, and the family members are arriving at the crematorium for the final rites.
Dharmendra Ji Passes Away At 89
The veteran star was receiving treatment at his house after being discharged from the Breach Candy Hospital. Unfortunately, he passed away at the age of 89. Some videos of an ambulance arriving at his house in Mumbai surfaced on social media, and it yet again sparked a lot of concerns around his health. In other videos, the Deol family, including Esha Deol were seen arriving at the Pawan Hans crematorium in the city. However, an official statement from the family members is still awaited.

Director and producer Karan Johar also penned a heartbreaking note on the veteran actor’s demise. He called it the end of an era, and addressed Dharmendra as the “Bonafide Legend Of India Cinema”.
