Deepika Padukone Worked Out Every Day During Last Trimester
In a recent interview with India Today, Deepika Padukone’s trainer, Anshuka Parwani, opened up about Deepika Padukone’s pregnancy workout routine. Deepika’s approach to fitness during pregnancy has always been very well-rounded, emphasising strength, endurance, and stamina. She further added that working out with Deepika during her pregnancy was joyful. “But, with the kind of awareness Deepika has, through the pregnancy, it’s been a breeze because we were working out almost every other day. During her last trimester, we worked out almost every day,” said celebrity yoga and holistic wellness expert, Anshuka Parwani.
Furthermore, on some days, they opted for restoration classes, while on other days, they focused on building strength. Deepika and Anshuka would come up with new workout routines, and with the help of open communication and trust, they managed to have a healthy baby. Deepika’s trainer also revealed that the one thing that has stayed the same with Deepika from the past is her athletic body, which she consistently works on. When they first met in person at the workshop, Anshuka was impressed by Deepika performing a headstand effortlessly.
