Deepika Padukone Wishes Her Fans Mahashivratri With The Release Date Of ‘Project K’

Deepika Padukone is currently making waves with her big budget film projects. After the blockbuster release of her film–Pathaan, the actress is already set to surprise us with a new dream project. On the occasion of Mahashivratri, the actress took to her instagram handle, to share the brand new poster of her next film–Project K. Starring opposite actors–Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika will play the leading lady in the film, directed by Nag Ashwin.

The new poster features three armed men, panning guns at a life-size statue of a hand. The poster somewhat reveals the world of the film, with shooting trucks and a lot of destruction in the backdrop. On the poster, Deepika also revealed the release date of the film which is–January 12, 2024. According to the reports, the film is set in the aftermath of World War 3. The film has been in the making for more than a year. Actor Amitabh Bachchan also shared the new poster and release date on her Instagram handle.

Previously on Padukone’s birthday, the film’s team revealed her poster from Project K. The rugged design featured a silhouette of the actress’ character in the film. The silhouette gave us a peek into the world of Project K, and soon entered comparisons with Zendaya’s character look in Dune.

Reacting to the film’s release date and a new poster, fans dropped their comments full of excitement. While some dropped hearts, some others hailed Deepika as the Queen, set for another blockbuster. The film is being shot in both Telugu and Hindi, what has the fans the excited is the ensemble cast of the film.
