D4vd’s Real Estate Holdings Transferred To Mother Amid Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s Death Investigation
Houston authorities reveal that the singer transferred ownership of one of his properties to mother following raid at his Hollywood home.
Singer D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, apparently gave ownership of a couple of houses in Houston to his mother while cops are still investigating the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Rivas’s dead body was found in a Tesla linked to D4vd, which has caused a big controversy and a ton of media attention on the Here With Me singer and his whereabouts. Read on to know more.
D4vd Transfers Property To Mother Amid Ongoing Investigation Into Celeste Riva Hernandez’s Murder
According to documents from TMZ, the houses were previously under the Thorn Rose Trust, a name similar to D4vd’s 2023 EP, Petals To Thorns, and were transferred ownership on September 18 and 22. The first move happened just a day after police searched D4vd’s rental house in Hollywood Hills on September 17. KPRC Houston says that even though the houses are tied to D4vd, family members have been living in at least one of them for a while now.
The 20-year-old singer has been in the media’s eye since Celeste Rivas’ body was found cut up in the trunk of the Tesla on September 8. The car was parked near D4vd’s rental mansion before it was towed, and police say Rivas had probably been dead for weeks before they found her.
To make things even worse, D4vd’s family was reportedly swatted on September 18. Police got a 911 call saying a woman had been shot at one of the Houston houses. When the officers got there, they found that the singer’s parents and everyone were okay. Cops said the call was a dangerous prank and left after about 20 minutes.

People are now getting angry about how slow the investigation is moving and how little information there is about Rivas’ death till now. D4vd’s lawyer and team have not released a statement yet, so there are still a lot of questions while the investigation goes on.
