The latest update came out during the court hearing on Thursday, April 23. According to Variety, prosecutors told the judge they found eight terabytes of data in his iCloud account. So far, only one terabyte has been checked. It is still unknown how much of it contains child p*rn*graphy.
The ‘Romantic Homicide’ singer now faces serious accusations. These include first-degree murder, continuous s*xual abuse of a child under 14, and dismembering human remains. Authorities claim he had a secret relationship with minor Celeste Rivas Hernandez. She reportedly planned to expose that D4vd had physical relations with her and threatened his career, so he allegedly killed her. However, the ‘Romantic Homicide’ singer pleaded not guilty and his legal team says they will prove his innocence.

For the unversed, on September 8, 2025, workers noticed a car that belonged to D4vd left for over a month in a Hollywood Hills parking lot. Inside the front trunk, they found badly decomposed human remains that belonged to Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who had gone missing the year before.
