Pushpa 2: The Rise Allu Arjun has found himself amid a controversy yet again. In recent developments, Congress leader Theenmar Mallannahas filed a complaint against him claiming he insulted police in his film. He has expressed disappointment in the scene where Allu Arjun urinated in a swimming pool while an officer was in it. He alleged that this scene from Pushpa 2 was disrespectful and degraded the dignity of law enforcement officers.
Congress Leader Files Complaint Against Allu Arjun
Besides Allu Arjun, the leader has also filed a complaint against the director of Pushpa 2 Sukumar, and the producers. He demanded strict actions against the makers and urged authorities to take strict actions against the offensive portrayal of police.
This complaint comes at a time when Allu Arjun is already facing trouble after a woman died in a stampede incident at his screening. The crowd went out of control when the star got out of his car to meet the fans. A woman died while her son was brutally injured.

Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13, 2024, in connection with the case. He was hauled up from his home and placed in 14-day judicial custody. He was granted interim bail for four weeks with a personal bond of Rs 50,000. However, due to bureaucratic delays, he ended up spending the night in jail.
However, police officials are preparing to submit a petition in court challenging the actor’s interim bail. Police officials further state that on December 4, Allu Arjun was ordered to leave the auditorium, but he refused, resulting in a stampede. A police official also said that they told Allu Arjun’s manager about the woman’s death and stated that the situation was out of control.
