He recently took to his social media to reflect on her achievements in Hollywood, saying that she is not appreciated enough in India and also wished her best for the upcoming film titled The Bluff.

Composer Ricky Kej took to his X handle on Friday to express his thoughts on Priyanka Chopra’s success in Hollywood. He reposted The Bluff’s fan-made trailer and stated that in his opinion, Priyanka Chopra is not celebrated enough in India. Ricky Kej added that after being one of the most successful celebrities in the country, she is the only Indian actor of any generation who has made waves in Hollywood and in the world. The musician mentioned that she has worked with Dwayne Johnson, Idris Alba, Richard Madden, Keanu Reeves, Karl Urban, Stanley Tucci, Will Ferrell, John Cena, Anthony Mackie, Pedro Pascal and more.
Furthermore, the composer acknowledged that instead of portraying the typical exotic Indian roles, Priyanka plays actual mainstream characters and that she can play different kinds of roles including, comedy, drama and action. Additionally he also mentioned the fact that the Citadel star is also a UNICEF ambassador and gives back to society. He ended the tweet by wishing the best to the desi girl for The Bluff.

The actress has signed on to play Mandakini’s role in Varanasi, which also stars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
