South Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun has found himself tangled in various legal troubles. Recently, court allowed him to get hold of two properties owned by Garosero Research Institute’s head, Kim Se Ui. The It’s Okay to Not Be Okay actor also moved to seize the YouTuber’s corporate bank account. Fans felt relieved by these wins. According to Korean media outlets, the It’s Okay To Not Be Okay actor’s apartment is part of the upscale Galleria Forêt complex and was purchased by him in 2013. He owns three units in the building, and the cosmetics company targeted the 2013 unit. The company claimed that the actor owes them ₩3.00 billion KRW, which is around $2.19 million USD, in penalties.
It all comes following the scandal involving Kim Soo Hyun and late actress Kim Sae Ron. Kim Se Ui claimed that the It’s Okay To Not Be Okay actor was in a relationship with the late actor when she was underage. The scandal with Kim Sae Ron has been a major setback for Kim Soo Hyun. It sparked major outrage worldwide. Following the scandal, his public image got ruined, many fans stopped stanning him and several brands cut ties with him.

For the unversed, the cosmetics company took legal action against the It’s Okay To Not Be Okay actor on May 8, and it was approved on May 20.
Kim Soo Hyun’s Legal Team On Seizure
The actor’s legal team stated that the seizure is unfair. They further added the It’s Okay To Not Be Okay actor is a victim of false and harmful reports spread by the YouTube channel. The actor’s legal team stated that the blame should fall on Kim Se Ui and his organisation.
