Comedian Samay Raina Reacts To Pahalgam Tragedy: “Unable to Sleep Tonight”

The shocking terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam has shaken the country with its brutal killings. As many as twenty-six people lost their lives, and several celebrities, including Akshay Kumar and Janhvi Kapoor, and more have condemned this attack, including Samay Raina. The comedian shared his reaction to the incident and revealed that he was unable to sleep at night.

On Wednesday, April 23, comedian Samay Raina took to his Instagram stories and shared the horrific details of the terrorist attack in Kashmir. This was said to be a communal attack. The article questioned national security and highlighted a flaw in the intelligence network. The comedian also captioned the post, “Unable to sleep tonight.”

The terror attack left many Bollywood celebrities in shock. Akshay Kumar took to his X (Previously Twitter) account and wrote, “Horrified to know of the terror attack on tourists in Pahalgam. Sheer evil to kill innocent people like this. Prayers for their families.” Chhaava star Vicky Kaushal wrote, “Can’t imagine the pain of the family members who lost their loved ones in the inhumane act of terrorism in Pahalgam. My deepest condolences and prayers.” Many urged the Prime Minister and Home Minister to look into the matter.

The terrorist attack killed 26 individuals and injured 20 more. The incident occurred on Tuesday at about 3 p.m., when terrorists descended from the mountains in the Baisaran valley and began firing at visitors.
