After the iconic Homi Adajania directorial featuring Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan, and Diana Penty became a cult classic in all our hearts, the filmmaker is back with Cocktail 2. The sequel starring Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna has been one of the most anticipated projects of 2026. After earlier reports of the film being released in October, it has now been updated to June 2026.

About Cocktail 2

On March 13, Shahid Kapoor posted a photo of himself from Cocktail 2 and revealed its release date. The film will hit theatres on June 19, 2026. Along with the release date, the actor informed his fans that the first look at Cocktail 2, most likely a teaser, would be released in theatres on March 18. It will be tied to Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2, the year’s most awaited film. Kapoor looked dapper sitting in a car with the sunlight on his face; many said that they missed this avatar for the actor, and we agree.

After this, South sensation and new bride Rashmika Mandanna also shared her first look from the film. The actress was seen smiling her way on a road trip with pink sunglasses. Apart from this, Kriti Sanon also took to her Instagram and shared a picture of her sitting in the back seat with her feet focused in the image. These new looks of the three excited fans are now excited to watch a teaser. The team also used the OG ‘Tum Hi Ho Bandhu’ from the first film.
