Okay, I am sorry, for my bad taste in humour, but your chance to become People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive’s” girlfriend will still remain a distant dream, because Mr Evans has found someone. In his latest interaction with the magazine, The Gray Man star dished out details about his current life status, and rumours helped us find his lady love–Alba Baptista, a 25-year-old Portuguese actress. WHO IS Alba Baptista?
Alba Baptista is a 25-year-old Portuguese actress. Alba was born and brought up in Lisbon, to a Portuguese mother and a Brazilian dad. The actress’ mother is a translator, and her dad is an engineer. Alba is multilingual, with a knowledge of languages like–French, English, German, and Spanish, amongst others.
Her first stint with acting was at the age of 16, for a short film, titled–Miami. The actress has starred in many Portuguese films like– Magneticos, A Criação, A Impostora, amongst others. One of her other popular projects is–Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris which released in October this year.The actress made her English debut on Netflix with Warrior Nun, which instantly became a hit amongst fans. Besides films, Baptista is involved with notable humanitarian work. As a part of her contribution to charity, the actress travelled to Cambodia in 2017, to teach English to kids in an orphanage. The actress has also been a recipient of many awards for her work on the big screen, like winning the Shooting Star title at the Berlin Film Festival, and the Best Actress award at the Festival Ibérico de Ciné.
According to a source, the couple met in 2021, and has been travelling together ever since. Keeping up with Chris’ love for dogs, which is a common interest that he’s been looking for in his lady love, Baptista too is a huge dog lover. Earlier, Alba’s pictures with Emily In Paris fame– Lucas Bravo, sparked dating rumours. While the reality of their romance wasn’t what we expected, the two shared screen space in Mrs Harris Goes to Paris.
As per sources, Evans has been spending time with Alba’s family, as noticed by eagle-eyed fans, who spotted a picture of pumpkins seen at Evans’ Halloween party, being used as a profile picture by Alba’s mom. While the dating timeline of the couple, still remains unknown, the actor openly showers his love on Alba through his comments on her Instagram posts. Recently, fans spotted the couple walking hand-in-hand while holidaying in the woods.
