According to media reports, Celina Jaitley and Peter Haag’s three children, Winston, Viraj and Arthur, are living with their father in Austria. The actress alleged that despite an existing joint custody ruling, which was passed by the Austrian family court, she has been cut off entirely from her three sons. She claimed that meaningful contact and communication with her three children has been denied and this has emotionally impacted her, leading to her having a hard time dealing with the separation.

What Did She Claim Previoulsy?
Previously, Celina Jaitley made allegations against Peter Haag, which included domestic violence as well. She has expressed her fight to safeguard dignity amid the dispute. When Celina returned to India in October 2025, it was revealed that her neighbours in Austria had helped her leave the country. She has also alleged that Peter Haag was attempting to claim rights over her property in India, which she had purchased in 2004, many years before marrying him. The actress revealed her attempts to peacefully settle the separation but the terms presented to her were humiliating and unreasonable. She alleged that her continued access to three kids was conditional upon accepting work, which was far below her experience and qualifications, in a small Austrian village, according to the reports.
