The grand and auspicious Maha Kumbh Mela began on January 13, in Prayagraj (previously known as Allahabad). The Mela will last for at least a month and will be attended by many people from across the world. Laurene Powell, wife of Steve Jobs is also attending the Kumbh Mela and many other Indian celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan and Alia Bhatt among others are also expected to mark their presence. Jigra star Alia Bhatt is expected to be present at the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, however, it is still unclear when she will fly to the city.

The Kalki 2989 AD actor Amitabh Bachchan is most likely to attend the Maha Kumbh Meha that is currently happening in Prayagraj and will end on February 26, 2025.
Manoj Tiwari
Some singers and artists are also expected to perform at the Kumbh Mela and Manoj Tiwari is on that list too.
Other singers who are most likely to attend the Kumbh Mela are Kailash Kher, Shaan, Anup Jalota, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Maithili Thakur.
Animal star Ranbir Kapoor may also attend the Maha Kumbh Mela but no confirmations as of yet.
Many pictures of Steve Jobs’ wife Laurene Powell visiting the Maha Kumbh Mela surfaced on social media. She also received a new Hindu name Kamala at this festival which was given to her by Swami Kailashanand Giri.

Maha Kumbh Mela happens every 12 years and is attended by many devotees from across the country. This is held at Triveni Sangam, the place where three rivers- Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati meet. Are you visiting this year?
