BTS ARMY has been waiting with bated breath for every rumour regarding V as he completes his military training and approaches his release, and news that he was allowed to dine out recently brought many smiles to his fans. Since the December 2023 enlistment, V has remained low-key, but now, only weeks away from his release, fans got a brief peek at how he was spending some well-earned time off.
BTS’ V Visits Popular Korean Diner
In April 2025, V visited Chuncheon Midon, a renowned Korean restaurant serving scrumptious meat dishes. For the unversed, V is famous for enjoying grilled meat, so for him it was a great choice. From what fans shared on X, he ordered samgyeopsal, which is grilled pork belly, with spicy cold noodles known as bibim guksu, both traditional Korean staples that most people love. The owner of the restaurant shared photos on Instagram, with V happily taking photos with his food and even sharing an autograph. This type of peek at V’s daily life in military service was a huge treat for fans who’ve all been missing him in public.

The owner also apparently described V as extremely good-looking and complimented his courteous, humble nature and tall stature. Another fan was eager to learn that V selected a location renowned for its frozen pork belly, a local favourite and fairly popular item.
