BTS V Opens Up About The Torture He Endured In Military
All seven members of the group joined the military one by one to fulfil their duty. Recently, V shared a story from his time in the military, which has generated a lot of discussion online. While he was proud to serve his country, there were moments when the experience felt really difficult for him.
On Fairy Jaehyung, the host asked V whether he felt anxious about military life or saw it as personal time for himself. The Slow Dancing singer replied that he actually needed it to grow into the person he is today. He admitted he was not worried about the training or daily routine. However, the only thing that made him anxious was his strong desire to perform on stage again.
V explained that he often dreamt about singing and dancing in front of crowds. But every time he woke up from those dreams, he would find himself surrounded by his fellow soldier, sometimes seeing them wrestle or hearing them call out to wake him up. He described that sudden return to reality as quite tough. Apart from missing the stage so much, he said he had a lot of fun spending time with his unit and made wonderful memories there.
