BTS Suga Makes Historic Donation To Build Autism Treatment Center. Fans Are All Praises!
The BTS member donated roughly 31 crore Indian rupees to the hospital.

Just recently, Suga of BTS finished his mandatory military service. He worked as a public service worker because of an earlier injury. During his service, he stayed out of the public eye. But, days before he was discharged, he was seen at J-Hope’s concert with other BTS members. His discharge itself was also quiet, and fans were waiting for news from him. Now, there is a big update, and it is great news for his fans and a very important event.
From Music-Based Therapy To Speech Development, All About Min Yoongi Treatment Center
According to Korean media outlets, the BTS member Suga has helped create a special place called the Min Yoongi Treatment Centre at Seoul’s Severance Hospital. What is it? Well, this new centre is designed to support people with autism spectrum disorder. It will offer various therapies like speech, psychological counselling, and behavioural support and will help these individuals get the treatment they need and become more independent.
Severance Hospital held a special event to celebrate Suga’s kind act. He donated a significant amount of money to the hospital, 5 billion Korean won, which is roughly 31 crore Indian rupees. Cheon Geun Ah, who leads the programme, expressed deep thanks for Suga’s contribution. She praised not only his financial help but also his dedication through volunteering and sharing his talents over the past few months. Cheon Geun Ah also mentioned how impressed she was by his consistently sincere and thoughtful approach.
Suga also spoke about his experience. He shared that he spent seven months getting ready for this programme and volunteering with Professor Cheon. During that time, he truly felt that music can be a powerful way for people to show their feelings and connect with the world around them. He said being involved in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder has been a great blessing and brought him much happiness. He plans to keep supporting efforts that help more children become a part of society.

Suga spent his weekends with kids who had autism spectrum disorder from March to June. He played musical instruments, like the guitar, with them. He helped them learn about rhythm and express their emotions more freely. Suga even taught them how to play instruments themselves. Fans are once again admiring their favourite artist. This generous donation comes even as he faced some past criticism.
