Everyone has different thoughts on growing older, but most people don’t look forward to it. Growing old often brings challenges like body pain, lower energy, and other changes. Just like the character Joey in the sitcom Friends wasn’t happy about turning 30, Jungkook of BTS also seems to be experiencing similar feelings. He recently shared some thoughts about his age during a Weverse livestream. Read on to know all about it.
Recently, Jungkook came live on the platform by himself, and he barely showed his face, and instead he talked to his fans and enjoyed music. A particular clip from this livestream went viral. In the video, he openly talked about him turning 30 next year. Note: It’s according to the Korean age system. Even though he would always be the golden maknae of the legendary group, he expressed sadness about getting older.
Following which, ARMYs showered immense love and support. Many reassured him that no matter his age, he would always remain their “maknae” and the beloved youngest member of BTS. Well, it can be saddening, and we totally get it. But, one thing’s for sure, Jungkook’s love for fans and his art will forever be young.
