On his birthday live, Jungkook also gave fans a glimpse of his lavish house and made everybody’s jaw drop. During his live, BTS Jungkook gave fans a tour of various spots in his house. From the gym to his living room, Jungkkok showed around several things at his residence. The most eye-catching feature of his house, however, was the dark and sleek aesthetic of the overall home. All the rooms were painted black, along with the furniture and were dimly lit.

Fans were quick to compare Jungkook’s house to something straight up of a mafia romance novel. Many even joked that his house was similar to how fans imagined it would be when writing fan fiction about the idol. Others complimented the BTS member for his style and said how the house is so him with its unique aesthetic.

How Much Is BTS Jungkook’s House Worth
According to a Herald Corp report, BTS Jungkook purchased his Itaewon residence for 7.63 billion KRW (approximately Rs. 48 crore) and its value is estimated to have surged to 10 billion KRW (Rs. 63 crore) within 4 years of purchase.
Jungkook’s home is located in the Itaewon neighbourhood of Seoul, South Korea. The location is often called the ‘Korean Beverly Hills’. According to reports, Jungkook had the property first demolished and rebuilt with five levels, including 2 basement floors and three above ground.
Unfortunately, however, Jungkook’s house has also been a target of stalkers. Last month, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested for trying to break into the K-pop idol’s home. During his live, BTS Jungkook issued a stern warning to people and threatened to call the police on anyone who tries to intrude into his home.
