ARMYs have been patiently waiting for an update about Jimin, and this news has warmed their hearts. According to the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education, the āLike Crazyā singerās 100 million won, which is 6.3 crores, donation will support underprivileged students in North Jeolla province.
The money will help these students access better educational opportunities and will make a real difference in their lives.
For years, Jimin has been quietly supporting education across South Korea. He often works through his father to share his wishes and make donations. In July, his father contacted the acting superintendentās office in Jeonbuk to express the āLike Crazyā singerās desire to contribute.
On September 18, the 100 million won was deposited into the Love Scholarship Foundationās account. Following Jiminās request, the donation was kept simple and private.
The acting Superintendent of Education Yoo Jeong-gi expressed deep gratitude for Jiminās kindness. They stated that it will brighten the future for children facing tough circumstances.
