Fans Express Outrage And Demand Safety For BTS V Amid Acid Attack Threats

On April 19, 2026, screenshots of a now-deleted X account claiming to have a concert ticket and making dangerous threats to harm V during a live show were posted. Not just this, another account was also shown posting similar scary comments, which made many fans concerned. Following which, they took to social media platforms and started trending the hashtags #BIGHITProtectTaehyung and #ProtectTaehyung. They also asked his company to take stronger measures to protect V aka Kim Taehyung.

Things became more serious when fans recalled that the ‘Slow Dancing’ singer received similar dangerous threats earlier in 2026. Hence, they quickly raised concerns this time. ARMYs said that dangerous threats over fan theories are not at all okay. They aren’t real fans and instead of supporting, they harass the K-pop idols. Many asked the company to take stronger and stricter action.

One user wrote, “Imagine being so delusional you send hate & death threats to Taehyung over a ship that isn’t even real and the silence from this fandom? loud embarrassing.”
