The South Korean boy band dropped their much-awaited fifth studio album Arirang in March 2026. They made their big return as a seven-member group after finishing mandatory military service. Fans around the world waited eagerly for new music and performances and the album did not disappoint at all. ‘Swim’, the title track, quickly became a fan favourite and debuted straight at the top spot on major music charts.
In its fourth week on the Billboard Hot 100, the title track held strong at number 10. It had debuted at number 1 and stayed in top positions for several weeks. Not just the Hot 100, ‘Swim’ also ruled Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts for four full weeks. On top of that, it led the Digital Song Sales list.
After the release of the new chart, BTS fans, aka ARMYs, showered praise. They kept streaming the song daily and hoped it would stay on the charts even longer. They also praised the group’s smooth performance and felt proud to see BTS dominate after their break.

On the other hand, BTS began their huge world tour called Arirang. This is their first big world tour with all seven members back as a full group. The tour will visit 34 cities and have 82 shows across the world from 2026 to 2027. They already performed at Goyang Stadium in South Korea and Tokyo Dome in Japan and several clips and pictures went viral across social media platforms.
