Bobby Darling Calls Out Kapil Sharma For Using His Name In Jokes, Feels Hurt Over THIS

Transgender actress Bobby Darling, who was a household name in Bollywood movies, reality TV shows, and television serials, made it back to headlines after expressing her displeasure with comedian Kapil Sharma. Famed for her straight-shooting nature, Bobby recently appeared for an interview during which she shared her woes regarding her time in the industry as well as her persistent grievance against the popular comedian.

Bobby explained that during his initial days, Kapil also habitually used her name for punchlines. She remembered how his jokes usually had comments like “people like Bobby Darling do this,” which were a repeated joke. Initially, Bobby confessed that she did not mind because she felt that it kept her name going in public discourse. She even considered it free publicity.
But over time, her feelings changed. Bobby revealed that she kept calling Kapil, seeking even a minor role on his very successful The Great Indian Kapil Show. Though she sent him a few messages and attempted to call him, she alleges Kapil never responded. In her version of events, he read her messages but elected not to respond. This silence, she continued, hurt her, particularly as she felt that he had earned his visibility and achievement partially by joking about her.
Bobby vented her disappointment by stating that a courteous gesture from Kapil would have meant much, even though he had no work to give her. However, she was ignored, as if she were not an important person. She also claimed that he earned a living out of jokes she considered disrespectful, yet failed to make even a symbolic gesture of solidarity when she sought work from him.
During the same interview, Bobby also spoke candidly about her private life, discussing a one-night stand she had had with former cricketer Munaf Patel. She went on to clarify that the two of them had met at a club, gotten together socially, and that her light-hearted remarks about the encounter were usually taken out of context.
