Hollywood actor Blake Lively recently filed a new case demanding It Ends With Us producer Jamey Heath hand over footage of his wife fully naked during a home-birth video. She claimed that this clip was shown to her without her consent or any warning at the workplace. She accused him of showing her and an assistant the inappropriate home-birthing video of his Natasha, which the actress labelled as ‘pornography.’

In claims by Blake Lively, producer Jamey Heath, and Justin Baldoni allegedly showed her the video to relay their vision of the birthing scene in the film. The actress accused the producer of not abiding by an August court order requiring him to produce the video in question, as per court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
In her motion filed on October 30, Lively accused Heath of delivering a three-minute tape that was not the one she viewed on set. Lively demanded that a judge order him to turn over all versions of the home-birthing video within three days of the court’s order and barred him from addressing it at trial if he did not cooperate. Heath and Baldoni have already disputed her accusations about the footage. In the now-dismissed complaint, they accused the actress of making an “outrageous and knowingly false suggestion that she was shown pornography or naked images of Heath’s wife on set.”

On Friday, U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Liman dismissed Baldoni’s $400 million defamation and extortion countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. According to court documents acquired by Page Six, the judge’s final judgment said that Baldoni and his Wayfarer Studios co-plaintiffs declined to file an amended case. However, Baldoni’s legal team tells us that he chose not to file an updated lawsuit so that he might pursue an appeal. Meanwhile, Baldoni is still focused on Lively’s case, which will be tried in March 2026.
