According to Rolling Stone, Baldoni’s production firm, Wayfarer Studios, as well as a few important individuals, such as CEO Jamey Heath and public relations representatives Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel, are also mentioned in the case. In her previous complaint to the California Civil Rights Department, Lively accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her on set and launching a smear campaign against her. Baldoni’s lawsuit was a response to that complaint. Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s lawyer, denied these claims, claiming they were a deliberate attempt to “fix her negative reputation.” Lively filed a formal lawsuit on December 31 to further intensify the situation.
