What Is The Update?
Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s legal battle began when the actress filed a s*xual harassment case against the It Ends With Us director. The case is still ongoing, and a virtual hearing also took place on Thursday, March 6. Attorneys from both sides were present for the hearing. Blake Lively’s lawyer submitted a new petition before the court. In this, the lawyer raised concerns about private chats of Blake Lively and her actor-husband son getting leaked. They also requested that access to these texts be restricted to Justin Baldoni or any other celebrities. As per the news reports, the petition further mentioned that it could do ‘irreparable harm’ to both the celebrities if it fell into the wrong hands. Blake Lively’s legal team is also putting efforts into restricting the actor’s medical reports from going public. Even Justin Baldoni’s attorney agreed to keep Blake’s medical reports private, as per the reports. However, he disagreed with the petition and argued that celebrities shouldn’t be given an extra layer of protection.
Blake Lively has claimed that Justin Baldoni behaved inappropriately with the women on the set of It Ends With Us, among other serious allegations.
We hope justice is served.
